Arguably these are the two teams from Group D, who are clear favourites to win it and qualify for the next phase of the tournament. The question is - who will finish first? Both teams started their participation in the competition with three points, so the clash in Madrid could tell us a lot about how everything in this group will develop in near future.
It’s also interesting to note that this is going to be the first big test for Carlo Ancelotti in Europe, since he took the reigns in Bayern during the summer. Prediction: This is a difficult game to predict, because Atletico are traditionally a very strong performer in the Champions League with Diego Simeone on helm. It’s very difficult to beat this team in the Champions League. On the other hand, Bayern look incredibly since the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti and they are scoring goals for fun. The draw is a good choice for a bet with this game, mainly because the game looks really balanced in every aspect
